Step 1.
Sway your body subtly in unison with the rhythm of the
client's breathing or use any other method for synchronizing some movement（especially
useful are subtle movements）in your body or some rhythmic aspect of voice（emphasis
in voice, for example）with client's breathing or any other rhythmic aspect of their
behavior.
相手の呼吸のリズムに合わせて自分の身体を微妙に揺らす。あるいはその他の方法として、身体の動き（特に微細な動きほど有効です）、または声のリズミカルな側面（たとえば声の強調など）を相手の呼吸、あるいはその他のリズミカルな部分と同期させます。
Step 2.
Once you believe you have achieved rapport, subtly
change the rhythm of your body sway（or whatever aspect of your behavior
you have selected）and note whether the client's breathing（or whatever
aspect of the client's behavior you have chosen）shifts
accordingly. If so, you have achieved rapport. If not, retun to step 1.
ラポールを形成したと確信したら、自分の身体の揺らし方（または自分が選んだ他の行動）のリズムを変化させて、相手の呼吸（または自分が選んだ他の相手の行動）がそれに反応して変化するかどうかに注目します。変化する場合はラポールが形成されています。変化しない場合は、ステップ１に戻ります。
